Instructions

  1. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Reserve a bit of bacon and some chopped chives for garnish after baking.
  2. Prepare the Bagels: Take each sesame bagel and slice a wafer-thin piece off the base, keeping the seed side intact.
