- 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 4 cups beef broth

- Cook the steak: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter. Season the thinly sliced steak with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until nicely browned but not overcooked. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
