Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pie Dough: Remove refrigerated pie crusts from packaging and allow to come to room temperature according to package instructions. Use a 3-inch cookie cutter to cut out as many circles as possible, placing cuts close together to maximize yield.
  2. Make the S’mores Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine chopped chocolate bars, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers. Stir until evenly mixed. For a gooier center, add extra chopped chocolate as desired.
