  • 150g chocolate hazelnut spread, melted
  • 50g roasted and chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 Kinder Bueno bars, cut into pieces

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Base: Crush the chocolate chip cookies into fine crumbs. Pour in the melted butter and mix thoroughly until the mixture resembles wet sand. Divide about 3 tablespoons of the cookie mixture into each of 16 dessert cups. Press down firmly with the bottom of another cup to create a flat and compact base.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and melted Kinder chocolate using an electric whisk until smooth. Add the cold heavy cream and continue whisking until the mixture begins to thicken and firm up.
  3. Fill the Dessert Cups: Transfer the cheesecake filling into a large piping bag and carefully pipe it over the cookie bases in each dessert cup, leaving space at the top. Tap each cup gently on a flat surface to remove air bubbles and level the surface.
  4. Set the Cheesecakes: Refrigerate the filled dessert cups for 3-4 hours to allow them to firm up and the flavors to meld.
  5. Decorate and Serve: Once set, add a tablespoon of melted chocolate hazelnut spread on top of each cheesecake. Sprinkle with roasted chopped hazelnuts and finish by placing a piece of Kinder Bueno on each. Serve and enjoy these elegant mini cheesecakes.
