  • Lemon juice, a squeeze
  • Pickled onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the frying pan: Spray a small fry pan or skillet with cooking oil spray. Crumble the feta cheese evenly around the pan, especially covering the outer edges where it will crisp up.
  2. Sauté the feta: Heat the pan over medium heat, allowing the feta to sizzle and slowly melt. Let it cook for a couple of minutes without burning, forming a crispy golden crust.
